Christmas Eve Candlelight Service 7:00 p.m. on December 24th

We will celebrate our annual Christmas Eve Candlelight Service at 7:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Our service is filled with beautiful music, favorite hymns, glowing candles, and a moving Christmas message that will bring the joy of the season to your heart. Calling singers and musicians!

Our choir is recruiting singers to come and join us.  Do you like singing the works by great masters?  Do you like contemporary settings of old favorites?  Then come join us!  We do a mix of many types of music.  We also planning to pick up bell choir again if we have enough interested people.  If you are interested in joining us, come to the Sunday morning service at 10:30 AM and speak to Sarah.

Open House Invitation

Ladies Craft Circle!

The Ladies Craft Circle will now be meeting on the fist and third Wednesday of the month at Ben Franklin from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.  Please feel free to bring a friend and your "work in progress".  If you have questions, please speak to Karen.

Christmas Memorial Flowers

The deadline for the Christmas Memorial Flower List is December 17th.  The list will be in the December 24th and the Christmas Eve bulletins,  Please call the church office (895-2362) and leave a message for Jodi.  Please bring your plant for the December 4th service and take it home after the Christmas Eve service. 

Deck the Halls!

On Thursday, November 30th at 9:30 AM, we will be "decking the halls" in preparation for the upcoming holidays.  We would love to have you come and help us decorate the church, putting up the tree, wreaths and garlands.  The Christmas music will be playing, coffee will be on, and goodies will be served!  For more details, call Jodi at the church office, 895-2362.  See you all there!  The more the merrier! 

Movie Day and Potluck

On December 3rd, there will be a potluck luncheon followed by a movie afterwards ("The Mouse That Roared").  Come join us!

The 61st Annual Chicken Barbeque on July 29th

Announcing the 61st Annual Chicken Barbeque at the Congregational Church in Raymond! 

Tickets are available for $10.00. The meal consists of half a chicken, salad, a roll, chips, soda, and dessert.

Easter Sunday Service will be celebrated on April 16th at 10:30 am. Please come and bring a friend or relative. We will be happy to have you join us.

We will be sharing a Plain Meal of bread and soup on Friday, April 14th at 6:00 pm in the church dining room. It will be a Good Friday and Maundy Thursday remembrance in one Service. Please feel free to bring a pot of soup or homemade bread to share.

If you would like to place flowers in the church on Easter Sunday, April 16th, in honor or memory of a loved one please speak to someone on the flower committee or call the church office at 895-2362. The deadline is April 9th.

We will be celebrating Palm Sunday on April 9 at our regular 10:30 service. Palms will be available as we remember how the people of Jerusalem welcomed Jesus as their "King."

Boy Scout Court of Honor

Troop 3 will be holding its Court of Honor on Wednesday, March 15 at 7:00 pm. Everyone is invited to attend this celebration.

Church Council Meeting 

Sunday, March 19 is the new date for our meeting. Due to weather, the February meeting was cancelled. After church services there will be a pot luck dinner followed by the meeting. Please bring a dish to pass. All voting members are urged to attend so that we can meet the quorum of 15 in order to make by-law changes.

Sunday, February 12th is Church Council Meeting. Prior to the short meeting there will be a "pot luck" dinner. If you plan to attend, please bring a dish to share. Please remember that we need 15 members present to have a quorum so we appreciate the presence of all members who are able to attend.
