Women's Exercise Class
Come join our exercise class for adult women on Mondays, Wednesdays, and
Fridays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.! We meet in the middle dining room and
are "Sweating to the Oldies". Wear comfortable clothing (tee-shirts,
shorts, and sneakers), bring a bottle of water, and prepare to get
